Darryl Schockley

Darryl has served as a judge on the Second Judicial District Court Bench since 2019.  He is currently assigned to the Criminal Division.  Before his appointment to the bench, Darryl was a prosecutor for 14 years and spent many of those years focused on white collar crimes. He earned B.A.'s in Political Science and English Literature from the University of Missouri, and his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law. He was born and raised in Kansas City, MO, and has lived in Denver since 2002. He is married to a Denver native.  Darryl has been cycling for 35 years. He loves all aspects of the sport and participates in road, mountain and gravel disciplines.
