The Front Rangers Cycling Club (FRCC) is thrilled to announce its 7 ½-week Fall Program, running from September 5th to October 24th. Designed for youth cyclists in grades 7-12, the program focuses on building skills, endurance, and a love for cycling.
What’s Included?
Our program offers two weekday practice sessions, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:30 PM, with rotating start locations throughout south and central Metro Denver. Sites include popular areas like Washington Park, Village Greens Park, and REI Downtown. Training will be led by Kathy Zawadzki, USA Cycling Level 1 Coach and owner of The FAST Lab, along with experienced coaches and volunteers.
In addition to weekday sessions, participants will enjoy weekend rides and organized races, including:
- September 8th (Sunday): Buffalo Classic
- September 28th (Saturday): Denver Century Ride
- October 12th (Saturday): Spargetoberfest Gravel Ride
- October 20th (Sunday): 40-50 mile Weekend Training Ride
