The Bannock Street Criterium, in memory of Mike Nields, celebrates its 23rd year in Denver’s Golden Triangle district. We provide a chance to experience the thrill of bicycle racing in the community (especially as the US ProCycling Challenge won’t be held this year), and a some wonderful exposure to local businesses. The race will also serve as the BRAC Junior Criterium Championships, attracting the best youth racers from Colorado and Wyoming.
We are thankful to the Nields family for their continued support of our coveted race, for without their assistance this race would probably not exist. Thank you, Nields family. Special thanks to Rooster and Moon Coffee Pub for being a great partner at our start/finish line, having the patience to put up with the lycra crowd, and offering up food and beverage to keep us running all from before sun-up to dusk.
